Estimating The Estimating workspace is used during Proposal Phase. This Workspace has the following folder structure: Design Deliverables - this folder is for providing the design packages used for estimating the project to the Estimating team members. Designer RFIs - this folder tracks all the RFI information tracks all the information that has been provided to the designer and the correspondence from the designer in relation to these RFIs. JV Instructions - all the JV instructions will be provided in this location. Task Groups - this folder has all the information and is used by the different task groups during the Estimating Phase of the project. Only members of the Estimating and Subcontractors Management will have access to contribute to the folders in this structure. How-To Learn how to Upload Documents Learn how to Download Documents Submit your Questions to the DesignerEach member of the Estimating, the Subcontractor Management and the Executive Management teams will have access to submit Requests for Clarification to the Owner. This information is compiled through a customized SharePoint list that allows the team to sort through the questions and present them to the designer. You can access this list through the link on the Left of the Page, or you can simply click on the "Add new item" button within the Estimating Workspace as identified below.
