Connect Project Announcements through an RSS Feed in Outlook Connecting the Project Announcements through an RSS Feed in Outlook enables up to date information on developments. The first step is to click on the Announcements link on the Left side of the Pre Construction Home Page. After clicking on the link, the Announcements list will open in your browser. At the top of the browser window you will see a tab marked "List Tools" with two sub tabs "Items," and "List." Click on the List sub tab. This will open a ribbon at the top of the page showing a series of buttons to choose from. Click on the "RSS Feed" button. Follow the instructions prompted by the RSS Fees page and you will have the Announcements list connected with your RSS Feed in Outlook. As changes are made within the Announcements, the changes will reflect within your Outlook RSS feeds. Back to "User Guide"
