​​​​​​​​The purpose of the Skanska USA Building Inc. ("Skanska") prequalification process is to ascertain if your firm possesses the necessary experience, financial resources, and commitment to safety and quality to ensure performance on our projects. By working with only the most qualified companies, Skanska can ensure that we deliver a high level of service to each of our clients.

Skanska utilizes an easy to use web application to simplify your completion of the prequalification process. The intent is for you to initially enter and submit your company information for review, and then provide updates for the changed information annually. Upon submission, your prequalification information will be reviewed by Skanska. If approved, your company will be qualified to be considered for Skanska projects for the upcoming year. Please note that due to the unique nature of each project, final decisions for individual projects are at the discretion of the Skanska pro​ject team.

To receive an invitation to prequalify, using your state of incorporation as a guide, send a request to the Prequalification Analyst managing that state.  An invitation to prequalify will be sent to you within 2 business days.​
