The I-15 Improvement project team is a joint venture between Skanska and Ames, in association with AZTEC Engineering—a powerhouse team with a great track record of successfully delivering design-build infrastructure projects. Skanska, Ames, and AZTEC have all worked together, so their collaborative experience will streamline the design-build process and allow the Riverside County Transportation Commission (RCTC) to benefit from the flourishing relationships among the team members, as well as our longstanding relationships with the California Department of Transportation (Caltrans). All four major participants share a commitment to successfully partnering with major stakeholders and the community to realize this project’s goals of enhanced safety, maintainability and environmental compliance, as well as the commitment to transparency and safety that illustrate the team’s goals of being a positive influence in the communities they work within.
