How to Download Documents
Downloading documents is available to everyone with the permission to view the document.
 
The easiest way to download a document is to open the document and save it to your local computer. However, if you need to download multiple documents, there is a feature that will save time. Rather than opening each document individually you can use "Open with Explorer" to download multiple documents.
 
You must be using Internet Explorer as your browser to use this feature. 
 
First activate the Web Part with the documents you wish to download by clicking on either a folder or somewhere else within the web part to activate the Web Part.

Once the Web Part is activated, a box will appear around the group of folders, and the Library Tools set of tabs will appear at the top of the page. Within the Documents tab you can click on the "Download a Copy" button - if this button is available to you - to download a document or click on the Library Tab and select the "Open with Explorer" button.

This will open a window that will allow you to click and drag the files you wish to download to a location on your local computer.
