Owner Documents The Owner Documents are managed by the proposal writing team. Only public information that is provided by the Project Owner will be provided to this site. Multiple libraries provide access to the Request for Qualifications (RFQ), Draft Request for Proposal (Draft RFP/Industry Review Documents), and the Request for Proposal (RFP) Documents. The Announcements offers up to date information on any Owner documents that have been posted to SharePoint. You can receive the announcements through an alert.
