Design Development The Design Development Workspace is used during the Industry Review Phase and through the Proposal Phase. This Workspace has the following folder structure: ATCs - this folder is for tracking the submittal of the ATCs to the Owner and the Owner responses about the ATCs. Meeting - this folder organizes all design development meeting agendas and related information for the pursuit: ATC, Owner, Task Group, Task Lead and Weekly status meetings. Owner Correspondence - this folder tracks all the RFI information that is being submitted to the owner by the date drafted and date submitted. Preliminary Design - also known as the designers playground, this folder stores all the designers submittal documents as the preliminary design progresses. This includes a submittal log to track all the documents that have been uploaded to the folder. Risk Register - the risk register is currently tasked to be ran from this folder. This may change in the future to allow for ease of user interface with the list. Task Groups - this folder has all the information that transpires at the Task Force Meetings. Only members of the Design Development Team, Estimators and Executive Management will have access to contribute to the folders in this structure, and all members of the Project Team will have access to view this information. Additionally, Designers with have access to the Preliminary Design folder. How-To Learn how to Upload Documents Learn how to Download Documents Submit your Questions to the Owner Each member of the Design Development, the Proposal Writing, the Design, the Estimating, and the Executive Management teams will have access to submit Requests for Clarification to the Owner. This information is compiled through a customized SharePoint list that allows the team to sort through the questions and present them to the Owner. You can access this list through the Link on the Left of the Page, or you can simply click on the "Add new item" button within the Design Development Workspace as identified below.
