Proposal Writing The Proposal Writing Workspace is entirely for the management of documents relating to the development of the proposal document(s) that are delivered to the project owner. The folders are set up to manage the proposal process. 00 Outline - contains the proposal document outline. 01 Color Reviews - used to manage the proposal documents throughout the Pink, Red and Gold review stages of the Proposal. 04 Final - houses the final electronic version of the proposal document that gets submitted to the Owner. 05 Graphics - contains graphics to be used in the proposal documents: tables, figures, pictures, logos and other proposal related graphics. 06 Templates - will contain all standard templates that are used to develop the Proposal Document: resume templates, team letterheads, data gathering tables, etc.... 07 Resumes - contains the resumes that will be used in the proposal. 08 Forms Letters-Corporate Info - this folder holds all the forms and legal information needed for the administrative portion of the proposal. Note: original copies are required in most cases, therefore, originals will be stored in-house at the managing partners office and scans will be stored in SharePoint. 09 Pursuit Checklist - here you will find the pursuit checklist that itemizes every item required for a compliant proposal document. 10 Meeting Minutes - all proposal meeting minutes will be stored in this folder. 11 Changes to SOQ - this folder has all the documentation of the changes to our team that have been made since the date of the SOQ submittal. 12 Writers - this folder will be the location of all the writing assignments that have been distributed to the team. 13 Color Review Materials - this is where you will go to receive your review documents if you are a part of one of the Color Review Groups: Pink, Red or Gold. Only members of the Proposal Writing Team will have access to contribute to the folders in this structure, and all members of the Project Team will have access to view this information. Additionally, writers will be assigned to access the Writers Group as the proposal develops. This group will be granted the access to contribute to the 12 Writers folder.
